Mark Graham, that's a name I haven't heard in a long time, tough as teak ! Thought the Speedway season this year was utterly compelling throughout, at least we get it all down here.
Sorry Adam, how could i forget saccharine Fiona. The semi final against Wigan was a better game but to come from 5th at the end of the season to win the Grand Final is pretty unbelivable. Bring on Melbourne Storm next February. Kevin Sinfield is a true legend, knocked out cold then carries on and captains the team to victory without even going off the pitch, not something thats seen very often at Old Trafford!. I don't have Sky TV either, but i have a computer, Google First Row Sports. You will find just about anything thats on Sky Sports on there.
Don't have Sky Pete but managed to avoid result and watch on Beeb today, what a game!Sinfield could have come from any era, as hard as Mark Graham.
ReplyDeleteWhat you didn't mention is that it was also the return of the new series of Antiques Roadshow

I saw that Chris Holder had won the World Championship on the late BBC news. Brought back memories of Peter Collins.
ReplyDeleteThe BBC acknowledging Speedway, whatever next? maybe they think he's British.
