"Your blog is boring" i was told last weekend, just motorbikes, nothing funny and no people. I looked for Randy to lighten the mood.

THE SUNDAY SPORT
Started to take the starter off Bouwjaar Sportster for repair yesterday but got a bit carried away. Note the starter is still there.
This bike was imported from Netherlands a while back, shouldnt be a problem to get it registered with DVLA ? "yes sir quite straightforward, when did you import it ? (i didnt), have you papers from Customs ? (no), do you have a certificate regarding VAT ? (no), when was it imported ? (dont know), It will need to be MOT'd (yes done that), it will need to be insured (bugger), and taxed (bugger), and it's a £55 registration fee (bugger)". Forms will be here Tueday........

MUDNESS
Travelled through the holiday mayhem down to Red Marley Hillclimb on Easter Monday, luckily Guy drove, i just slobbed out, ate jelly babies and drank Milo's warm Fosters. Courage and warm lager nearly got our man to the top (he did make it in practise) but in the end rain, a foot clutch and hand change together with the most knackered pair of knobbly tyres you have ever seen on a bike proved too much.
You may find better and more informative reports of the day on Guy's, Renshaw's and Milo's blogs.
Ralph was top dog.
