In 1966 my old man bought a Lea Francis just like the one in the bottom pic, except it had dents, wood rot and a dodgy reverse gear. Six of us went to Connemara for a month in it, the sun shone every day but my Aunt made me eat garden peas. She died last year but was never forgiven. Woodies and green veg just dont mix, Brian Wilson probably wrote a song about it.
